Revolution Coffee

The one thing I like about Alex being in night shift is that, we can spend more time together during the day to do what we both enjoy.
:)
We both love to embark on cafe trails to explore our sunny little island for hidden gems.
He'd go for their coffee and I'll go for their tea.
Working full weekends meant that we can't spend the weekends together so times like these during the weekdays are very much appreciated!

Today, he suggested going to Revolution Coffee at Media Circle near Portsdown Road, Buona Vista area.
We got LOST trying to locate the place! :P
Its situated in an area we seldom frequent so we went around for about two times and finally found it on our third attempt.
YAY!
By this time we were really hungry and boy am I glad they serve actual food!
By that I mean food like pastas and sandwiches etc..some cafes only serve light bites :/
The cafe also serves brunch so all of you who have your weekends off can go on and head over to this cafe and brunch away!

The industrial meets vintage style interior decor

They converted plastic beer crates into tables,
 How creative!

The very interesting center piece

They've got a wide variety of food that can be seen on their FB page but here's what we ordered!

BLT Sandwich
Mine's excluding the 'T' cos I hate the taste of tomatoes

Its very tasty, they've paired it with a delicious dressing that complemented the bacon really well!

Teriyaki Chicken Sandwich

Its pretty good too! :)

Sticky Date Pudding with Vanilla Ice Cream
Me oh my! This decadent date pudding to SOOOOOOO good!
I've never tried sticky date pudding because I was dubious about the taste of dates.
Hahaha~
This completely blew my mind, its totally swoon worthy!
What was so special about this was the fact that they added gula melaka butterscotch to make the entire dessert oh so good!
The moment it arrives at your table, you can smell the tantalizing and buttery scent of the gula melaka butterscotch.
It goes really well with the vanilla ice-cream too!

What I wore :)
Today's a pastel day with retro accents.
Finally pulled my "Jamie" jeans out to wear after neglecting her for a very long time!
Paired it with a chiffon blouse, nude wooden wedges and added a pop of colour with my woven bag.
Love the many details of this blouse!

Added a dainty gold necklace from Lovisa

"Jamie" Jeans: Topshop// Blouse: BKK// Necklace: Lovisa//
